You will hear a short story. Listen carefully. After the story ends you will hear a short tone and the microphone will open. Retell the story in your own words. You will have 30 seconds to speak.
The key points to include
- Kofi is a supermarket delivery driver
- an elderly customer seemed confused and last week's shopping was still in bags
- he told his manager, who called her daughter
- the daughter found she had a serious infection
- she recovered and the family thanked Kofi
