    “Your teeth look fine, but you need to see the hygienist. Would you like to book an appointment?”
  • We're friends. I start.
    “I'm running a marathon next month to raise money for charity. Will you sponsor me?”
  • We're colleagues. I start.
    “I'm really sorry, I deleted the file you sent me yesterday by mistake. Could you send it again?”

  • I work at a nursery. You'd like to know if there's a place for your two-year-old. You start.
  • We're friends. You need a lift to the airport very early on Monday. You start.
  • I'm your neighbour. You'd like to start a book club for people in our street. You start.
